AGEARNOTEBOOKS.COM's warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:

IF FOR ANY MANUFACTURE DEFECTS IN BOTH MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP, YOU MAY ASK FOR EXCHANGE/REPLACE A SAME NEW ONE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE DATE OF SHIPPING OF YOUR PURCHASE. AGEARNOTEBOOKS.COM WILL NOT EXCHANGE THE OPENED SOFTWARE. THE WARRANTY FOR ALL THE CUSTOMIZED ASUS ENSEMBLE NOTEBOOKS PC/ BUILT ON ASUS NOTEBOOKS PC (or ASMobile  NOTEBOOKS PC/ Power by ASUS NOTEBOOKS PC), COMPAL AND QUANTA NOTEBOOKS ARE COVERED THROUGH AGEARNOTEBOOKS.COM AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE OR RETURN. THE RETURNED MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER MUST PROVIDE FOR ALL THE EXCHANGE/REPLACE REQUIRE USE, WHICH MUST APPEAR ON ALL COMMUNICATION ABOUT THE EXCHANGED ITEM AND ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE SHIPPING PACKAGING.


To ask for exchange/replace the same new products, you must, within 7 calendar days of your original ship date, call AGearNotebooks.com Customer Service Department at 1.510.962.5468, option 2 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which must appear on all communications about the Exchanged Product, and on the outside of the shipping packaging. Do not write this number on the actual item box as all materials must be received in like-new condition. You must ship the products to AGearNotebooks.com in their original packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Opened software with not be exchangeable. You do not need to open the software to register your equipment. Returned products must be in as-new condition, and all of the manuals, diskettes, CD, power cables, and other items included with a product must be returned with it. Customer must use whatever means is necessary to ensure that product is returned to and received by AGearNotebooks.com within 14 Calendar Days of the Date of SHIPPING.

AGEARNOTEBOOKS.COM WILL PROVIDE FREE TELEPHONE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF A NOTEBOOKS PC PRODUCT FOR AS LONG AS THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER CONTINUES TO POSSESS THE PRODUCT.

AGEARNOTEBOOKS.COM WARRANTS NOTEBOOKS PC HARDWARE PRODUCT AGAINST DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE. IF YOU DISCOVER A DEFECT, AGEARNOTEBOOKS.COM WILL AT ITS OPTION, REPAIR OR REPLACE THIS PRODUCT AT NO CHARGE TO YOU FOR PARTS / LABOR FOR 3-YEAR, PROVIDED YOU RETURN IT DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, AND PROVIDED YOU OBTAIN A RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER PRIOR TO SHIPPING YOUR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. You must ship the products to AGearNotebooks.com in its original packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

AGEARNOTEBOOKS.COM owns all parts removed from the repaired products, which include genuine Intel Processors, name brand Hard Drive and Memory. AGEARNOTEBOOKS.COM uses brand new parts made by various manufacturers in performing warranty repairs and building replacement products. If AGEARNOTEBOOKS.COM repairs or replaces a product, its warranty term is not extended. THIS WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO HARDWARE PRODUCTS PROVIDED BY THAT CAN BE IDENTIFIED BY AGEARNOTEBOOKS.COM TO THEM. AGEARNOTEBOOKS.COM PROVIDES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH ITS PRODUCTS; SUCH SOFTWARE IS WARRANTED SEPARATELY BY THEIR OWN MANUFACTURER.

This warranty does not cover COMPONENTS OF THE SYSTEM THAT DO NOT MEET Manufacturers' DEFINITION OF DEFECTIVE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LCD PANELS WITH LESS THAN SEVEN (7) DEFECTIVE PIXELS, damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by AGEARNOTEBOOKS.COM, usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by AGEARNOTEBOOKS.COM. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN MODIFIED WITHOUT THE WRITTEN PERMISSION OF AGEARNOTEBOOKS.COM, OR IF ANY NOTEBOOKS' SERIAL NUMBER HAS BEEN REMOVED OR DEFACED.

THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AGEARNOTEBOOKS.COM SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES. INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OR MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO AGEARNOTEBOOKS.COM AGENT OR EMPLOYEE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFYING, EXTENSION, OR ADDITION TO THIS WARRANTY. AGEARNOTEBOOKS.COM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DOWNTIME, GOODWILL DAMAGE TO OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY AND ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING REPROGRAMMING OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH NOTEBOOKS PC PRODUCTS.

NOTE: Before you ship the product(s) to AGearNotebooks.com, back up the data on the hard-disk drive(s) and any other storage device(s) in the product(s). Remove any removable media, such as diskettes, CDs, or PC Cards. If you have any questions, call AGearNotebooks.com for technical assistance.

Notes:
In order to protect our valued customers' property,
AGearNotebooks.com will burst testing Asus Notebooks for 24 hrs before shipping to customer. For All the Customized Asus ENSEMBLE BRANDED NOTEBOOKS, AGearNotebooks.com will ask permission from customers to open the sealed box to burst testing for 24 hours, if not, any manufacture defects found by customers, customers have to send back to Asus to fix the problem directly. IF it doesn't match the Asus LCD "DEAD PIXEL" POLICY AS ABOVE, we will ask Asus replace a new one for our customers at once (our office is 20 minutes away from Asus Computer International headquarter in Fremont, CA USA). So, customers don't need ship back to Asus or us to save your time and one way shipping fee, if you use an address in the U.S. (including Puerto Rico). Shipments outside of the US require you to Pre-pay the two way freight fee.
